Nashua Police Athletic League (PAL) is a private not-for-profit organization working with, but not funded by the police. PAL serves youth in need, through education, recreation, sports, and enrichment programs. Peters of Nashua was helping from the sidelines, Sunday, Oct 14th, handing out water, powerbars, fruit, pedometers and more to help fuel hundreds of walkers during the Susan G Komen For a Cure- Breast Cancer Walk. A new study by automotive industry analyst Polk says that 38.5 percent of all new vehicle registrations in the United States are attributed to women. That's up 2.5 percent compared to 2006.
