The next generation Nissan Titan is coming to Nashua's Peters Nissan of Nashua - but there will be a bit of a wait in the name of making improvements. Its been rumored that in 2014, we will be introduced to the made-over Titan. 

At the end of the year, we typically see new models coming from Japanese automobile makers. With the unfortunate earthquake and tsunami striking Japan this year, however, regular plan schedules were altered. The release date of the full-sized Titan pickup truck was one of those vary models effected. 

Available in both regular cab, crew and quad cab variants, Titan will still be available on dealer lots, but the change that was supposed to happen in 2012 won't be seen in real life until late 2013. 

"We will come out a little later now," said Nissan executive VP for vehicle planning and program management Andy Palmer at the Los Angeles Auto Show. "I made the decision."¹ 

To help move things along, the production of the Titan will now be in Mexico, and will later move back to Japan within the next year.
